VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND CHECK This is mandatory for officials, referees, and tournament directors (see our background check policy). Holly Mezera is a Minnesota Notary and will be happy to help you complete the form. She will be at Volunteer Training to facilitate this process, or you can visit our office to notarize the document. You are welcome to use another notary.
