FLL® coaches will be able to register their team for one of the 2011 Research Workshops. Workshop registration forms will be on this page and available to nationally FLL registered coaches from September 23 - October 3. Please be sure to confirm all student and adult first and last names when you register. If interest exceeds capacity we will use a lottery process and confirm your research workshop assignment via coach email by October 7. Join us to learn how food scientists, engineers, quality assurance and project managers are working together to make our food supply safer! **Registration is closed** |

| Saturday October 15, 2011 General Mills, Golden Valley, MN 8:30 am- 11:30 am Our thanks to Dave Tobelmann, FLL coach, judge and General Mills Sr. Technology Manager, who is coordinating the General Mills Research Workshop, along with Purbita Ray, Qualilty Director. Come see how General Mills is making our lives healthier and easier. You will visit the microbiology lab & pilot plant, in addition to learning about chemical, physical and biological hazards to our food supply. |
