Coach

"I don't know. Let's try it!"
~FIRST LEGO League...the unofficial guide, 2008
by James Floyd Kelly and Jonathan Daudelin

"To coach an FLL team is to share lots of laughter and to discover hidden talents. Kids do the work. You just need to be brave enough to sign up and willing to show up, learn and have fun with them."
~2010 MN FLL Coach

Coaching a FIRST LEGO League team is really all about organizing the team and communicating between the kids, parents/guardians and your host site. Fortunately, kids do the work and it's all about the kids. FLL values, including gracious professionalism, will be your guide. We have coach and team training to help you as well as many resources. Give us a call if you need tools to get started: how to host a FLL meeting, how to start a team, etc.
