FTC Tournament Host Application

The High Tech Kids (HTK) Event Host Application for the
2016-2017 Robotics season is open.

Applications will be accepted from all FTC teams, FRC teams and other
FIRST associated organizations (ex. Robotics Clubs, GOFIRST,
graduated teams, museums, etc.).

NEW THIS YEAR: Hosting FTC teams will NOT receive advancement to the FTC State Tournament. Advancement to the FTC State Tournament must be achieved by participating in a Qualifying Tournament.

FTC_State_ChampionshipTeams interested in hosting ant of the following events:

  • FIRST Tech Challenge
    • Qualifier 
    • State Tournament
  • FIRST LEGO League
    • Regional
    • Sectional
  • Jr. FIRST LEGO League
    • Expo

Please submit your application by June 15th, to be considered with the first round of applicants. We will continue to accept applications on an as needed basis, until we have scheduled all of the tournaments for this upcoming season.

HTK has developed a committee to select teams/organizations to host Qualifier Tournaments. The decisions of this committee are final and will have been approved by our Board of Directors. If your team was not selected, we encourage you to reapply next year and get to know our organization through volunteering.
