We offer a very limited number of scholarships. Scholarships are one time only, and not renewable. Preference will be given to teams comprised of underrepresented youth, rural teams and/or all girl teams.
Criteria
- Rookie Teams (students who have not participated previously in FLL)
- Committed Coach (parent, teacher, adult mentor)
- Must attend one of our free Coaches Trainings in the fall
- Receipients must register, pay for, attend and participate in a MN Regional Tournament.
- Team who do not fulfull this agreement will forfeit their scholarship and a bill will be sent to their organization for the amount of the scholarship.
Please note: Teams should NOT register nationally if they are applying for these scholarships as they are paid directly to FIRST. If you receive one of these awards you will be instructed on how to register your team.
Application Due Dates: May 31, July 26 & August 30, 2013
Apply only once. All applications will be considered for subsequent reviews.
