Coach Training

This annual overview for all coaches is conducted early in the season. We review the robot missions, the research project, core values (NEW JUDGING SESSION!), the season, resources, workshops and the tournament day. There is no need to register and no charge for this event. Please join us and bring your questions!

Rookie Team Training... is now FULL


This is a 3-hour training session for coaches and their team members. Chaperones are required and a 1:4 adult to child ratio is recommended. You will explore the four essentials for a successful FLL team: programming, robotic design, the research project and core values. 

This is for new teams only. Bring your laptop with software loaded, robot built, parts kit, USB cable and charger. You will need to specify the number of children and adults that plan to attend and the session time desired.

Advanced Programing Training (coach plus one student)

Session is closed


We are offering an Advanced Programming session for one adult coach to attend with one team member. This is an interactive session with our programming judge to help you learn more advanced concepts. Come to watch, listen, talk and learn!  There is no fee for these events. Bring your robot, laptop with software loaded, charger cable.Registration is closed!
